Justin Bacon

Justin is in his 5th year with the Water Rats and a member of the SAG group this year.  He is a natural leader and the coaching staff is thrilled he attends almost every practice as he is often a demonstrator for the group.  Justin is an Age Group Championship qualifier in the freestyle and butterfly events, and is excited to represent the Water Rats again this year at the Age Group Championships.  Congratulations to Justin for being the first SAG Swimmer of the Week!  Below is a list of some of Justin’s favorites;

Sophia Miller

Sophia is in her third year with the Water Rats and is a member of the JAG1 squad this year.  She is very versatile and will be a force to reckon with in the IM races this year.  Sophia was a New England YMCA Championship qualifier in every single event, and placed top 5 in 3 events, with a top spot of 2nd place in the 25fly.  Sophia currently holds 3 team records!  Sophia is often chose to demonstrate for her fellow JAG1 swimmers.  She is very talented swimmer with a big future in this sport!  Below is a list of some of Sophia’s favorites;
