Challenger 2 News from Coach Cruz

During a snowy day yesterda we had a fantastic practice working on speed, and spending some time working on starts/ dives.  

We do have practice tonight but not tomorrow due to the swim meet this weekend at both Orange and Monroe.

Our 11/12's and 10 and unders are at the meet in High Plains Community Center in Orange, 520 Orange Center Road. 

• The 11/12's have the following schedule:  Arrive on deck by 7:20am. 
• The 10 and unders have the following schedule: Arive on deck by 10:40am. 

Please note that this is the latest the swimmers should arrive, which means it is recommended to arrive sooner so the swimmers can find a place to sit comfortably.  Swimmers are asked to bring a deck chair, Team suit, team cap, and team apparel!

The 13/14 swimmers are at Masuk High School, 1014 Monroe Turnpike in Monroe. 

• The 13/14 swimmers are to be on deck by 8:15am.  Again swimmers should arrive earlier than 8:15am to get a comfortable seat. 
• Please Bring your own personal folding chair, bring sneakers so as to be able to do warm-up exercises.  Also please bring Water bottle and Nutritious snacks.  Finally swimmers are to wear Water Rat Team Apparel ONLY.

BEST ATTENDANCE for JANUARY:

• Nick Ivanov only missed 1 practice for the month of January (Out of 21 practices)
• Luca Adamo only missed 2 practices for the month of January (Out of 21 practices)
• Tom Ellencweig, Arnaz Mody, Julian Nicolae only missed 3 practices for the month of January (Out of 21 practices)
