Discovery 1/2/3 Long Course practice 11:30-12:30pm**

Challenger 1/2 Long Course practice 11:30-1:00pm** 

**Long Course practice will be held at the Freeman Athletic Center, Wesleyan University 161 Cross Street Middletown, CT.  Swimmers should enter the building and head to the left, and enter the pool deck through the observation deck.  Parents are NOT permitted on the pool deck.  We understand some may not be able to attend due to timing or distance--this practice is NOT mandatory.  However, it is a great opportunity to acclimate to a 50m pool before we get into competition season.  We hope to see you there!
