Parents Club Annual Meeting June 19, 2025

The Parents' Club Board annual meeting will be held via Zoom at 7:00 p.m. Thursday June 19, 2025. The link to the zoom meeting is found below.

All voting members of the Club in good standing in attendance may vote at this meeting.  As per the by-laws, up to two parents per family in good standing may vote at the meeting (so the more the merrier).

In addition to its regular business, the Board will vote on the nominees for next year's officers (see below) and report on this year's activities and financial state of the Parents Club.  Head Coach Ellen Johnston will also provide updates on the swim program.

As required by the By-Laws, the nominating committee, previously approved by the Board (the “Nominating Committee”), has submitted the following slate of nominees to the Board for the 2025-26 swim season (fiscal year commencing September 1, 2025).

          Richelle Kaye – Senior Representative

          Sandra Giafardino – Senior Representative

Please note that Aimee White-Charles (Co-President), Carole Pearson (Secretary), and Sarah Hart (Meet Coordinator), each were elected to two-year terms last year.  Also, Adrienne Williams, in her capacity as a YMCA employee, acts as our USA Swimming Manager.
