  • Meet Starts: 845am

 

II. ORDER of EVENTS

  • 200 Butterfly
  • 100 Freestyle
  • 50 Breaststroke
  • 200 Backstroke
  • 100 Breaststroke
  • 50 Freestyle
  • 400 Freestyle
    • Swimmers provide own timer
    • Will be run Fastest to Slowest

 

III. TIMING ASSIGNMENTS:

  • We need TWO (2) Timers in Lane 5
    • Timer check-in – 815am
    • Timers Meeting: 830am

 

IV. MISCELLANEOUS:

  • Entrance is through the front entrance facing Alden Street
  • Plenty of spectator seating
  • Only swimmers, coaches and meet volunteers allowed on deck
  • Water Rat team apparel only
    • Deck shoes
  • Water bottle and nutritious snacks

 

V. SWIMMERS RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be prepared
  • Prepare on what needs to be done for each race
    • Execution
  • Believe in yourself
  • Be aggressive and challenge yourself in each race
