Meet Notes:

  • Top heat of distance events will swim at night.  All other heats follow prelims
  • ALL relays are at Finals
  • Three heats return for Finals.  C Heat is for 18 & Under only
  • Break after every Men’s event for warm-up and warm down.  To be utilized by all.

 

Additional Meet Info:

  • NO personal chairs allowed on deck
  • Be prepared:
    • Water Rat Team Apparel only
    • Deck shoes
    • Back-up suit, cap and goggles
  • Hydration is key
  • Nutritious snacks – High Test Fuel

  • We have ONE prelim work assignment:
    • Thursday – Female Marshall
  • Finals: To be Determined
