Water Rat Swim Team apparel is now available to order with Metro Swim Shop.

Metro Swim Shop personnel will be available for fittings on September 9th and 10th between 4:30-7:00 p.m. on the observation deck above the pool at the Y and anytime after that at the Norwalk store.  They will bring order forms to the fittings for families who would like to order their apparel at that time. If you would like an order form in advance of the fitting click here.  A mock up of the apparel is attached to the order form.

Two t-shirts, one white and one gray, as well as the Speedo Team Hooded WARM-UP Jacket are required for all Water Rats. The team suit is also required for use at swim meets.  The remainder of the apparel items found on the order form are optional.  

If you would prefer to get the team swimsuit at the local Metro Swim Shop, especially to ensure you have one before the first meet in October, feel free to do so.   (All other apparel must be ordered.) The local Metro Swim Shop is located at 666 Main Avenue, Norwalk 06851 and their phone number is 203-226-8848. The store is at the intersection of Foxboro Drive and Route 7.  Be sure to turn onto Foxboro to get to the store.

In addition to team apparel, the online portal and order form offers some of the equipment you may need for practices and personalized caps.  The coaches will let you know what they would like you to bring to practice in separate emails they will send to their practice groups before practice begins. As with the suit, you may be able to find the equipment at the local Metro store in Norwalk. The personalized caps are only available by ordering them online.

Wearing team gear is the best way to show team pride so make sure you order your required apparel by September 14th.  The apparel should arrive three or so weeks thereafter.  If you are willing to pay for shipping, Metro will send your order your directly to your home.
