Challenger 1 News from Coach Carter 10/29/2025

Good afternoon Challenger 1 Families,

The season is off to a strong start for our group. In practice we are slowly increasing the volume and intensity of our training. We continue to work on stroke technique and skill development on a daily basis. The result was fast swimming at the Cheshire IMX and Pink Plunge meets, where we achieved 90% best times. Please make sure swimmers are on time and bring all of their equipment to every practice.

There are NO Age Group practices this Friday, October 31^st.

We have two great opportunities to race coming up. Our goal is to have all Challenger 1 swimmers participate in our home qualifier meet in November. We also have our winter travel meet at MIT coming up in December which is a lot of fun for the whole family.
