What To Bring
-DECK CHAIR!
-Extra Goggles
-Extra Towel
-Water Rat Team Apparel
-Water Rat Team Suit and Cap
-Water bottle, healthy snacks (NO glass containers!)
-Swimmers DO NOT need their training equipment (kick board, fins, etc.)

Other Important Notes
-This is a "Quadrathon" meet, meaning every swimmer races a 25 of each stroke.  The overall winner across all 4 events for each age and gender will be recognized
-There is bleacher seating available for spectators. Parents ARE NOT allowed in the team area during the meet!!
-Meet entry report is attached
