Greetings Senior 3 - Parents and Swimmers,

IMPORTANT PRACTICE REMINDERS - FRIDAY 12/12 - NO PRACTICE

                                                                 SATURDAY 12/13 - NO PRACTICE

                                                                 MONDAY 12/15 - NO PRACTICE

These practice changes are simply due to the Candy Cane classic swim meet this upcoming weekend.

As the holiday season approaches- it is a great time for swimmers to recieve gifts that will complete their training equipment bag :) This includes fins that fit, water bottles, goggles, practice caps, kick board/pull buoy, paddles and snorkles.

A wonderful time was had by those swimmers who participated in the Turkey Burn !

A reminder that every practice counts and punctuality is appreciated along with swimmers having all their proper training equipment and a full water bottle.

RED meet T-shirts are being distributed to those swimmers participating this weekend at MIT - for those swimmers who I do not see at practice, I will have their shirts at the meet.

Candy Cane classic meet information and updates have been emailed to you from Team Administrator Williams- PLEASE NOTE THE CHNGES ACCORDINGLY.

Team attire at ALL meet sessions this weekend, as we look forward to some fast swimming and lots of fun!!
