Good afternoon Challenger 1 Families, The season is off to a strong start for our group. In practice we are slowly increasing the volume and intensity of our training. We continue to work on stroke technique and skill development on a daily basis. The result was fast swimming at the Cheshire IMX and Pink Plunge meets, where we achieved 90% best times.
