I know there have been some questions about the upcoming Championship Meets. The meets are designed so that everyone has an opportunity to participate in Championships. During a snowy day yesterda we had a fantastic practice working on speed, and spending some time working on starts/ dives. We do have practice tonight but not tomorrow due to the swim meet this weekend at both Orange and Monroe. Great week of practices thus far. We have CT YMCA State Swimming championships this weekend at our pool. TIMES and other info: 11/12 year olds: Saturday, 1/25, arrive no later than 2:15pm for 2:30pm warm up. Notice the meet time change Our 11/12 year old swimmers will be sitting in Studio C during the meet. So swimmers should bring a deck chair.
